Genesis welcomes you to our website. All clients who visit our website, request customer service, or place an order, accept our terms and conditions, which we retain the right to modify at any time.
Quality Our goal is excellence and accuracy. Due to the variation in computer monitors, there may be slight differences in the colors from your monitor to the final product. 8"X10” samples may be ordered to check on color for $5.00 each. The $5.00 covers both the sample and regular U.S. Post Office shipping.
Payment We accept MasterCard, Visa, or a postal money order. You will receive an email confirming your order and the payment immediately after the order has been processed.
Shipping Depending on the size of your order, it will ship within 7-10 business days from the date the order is placed via a ground service. For a standard tube shipped ground within the United States, charges are the following:

On orders of more than 6 prints or for expedited shipping please call for a shipping quote. For any other questions, please call Customer Service Department at 360-668-0147 Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST.
Product Acceptance Refuse any package with obvious exterior damage, and we will send you a replacement. Open all other packages when received. If the artwork is damaged in any way, please contact our Customer Service Department within 5 business days.
Return Policy We will gladly refund the purchase price of your order less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please return artwork in the original condition and package and include your packing statement. To alleviate any questions about color, we recommend purchasing a 8"X10" sample for $5.
